Finding Friends in Fat Hog Bay

In Fat Hog Bay, Tortola, by happy coincidence, we reunited with the folks whose used BBQ we bought about a month prior in St. Martin. On our way to the Laundromat, Wayne recognized Bill and Carole’s distinctive steel boat, “Steel Away”.

They said their new BBQ didn’t work as well as the one they sold us and kind of wished they still had it.

I let them know we’ve put it to good use; it’s gone to a good home, and we really, really appreciate it.  Bill and Carole seemed to appreciate hearing that.

I hope we meet again.  Maybe next time we’ll get a chance to rustle them up something from the grill!
